How does TalentBridge's recruitment process work for candidates? +

Once you register with TalentBridge — either by applying for a specific role or submitting your CV — a dedicated consultant will review your profile and get in touch within 2 business days. We'll arrange a consultation call or face-to-face meeting to understand your skills, career goals, salary expectations, and preferred working style. From there, we'll match you to suitable current vacancies and keep you in mind for future opportunities. We aim to be honest about your prospects and will only put your CV forward for roles where we genuinely believe you're a strong fit. Throughout any live process, you'll receive regular updates and interview preparation support.

Is there a fee for candidates to use TalentBridge? +

No — our services are completely free for all candidates. We are paid by the employer when a successful placement is made, so there is absolutely no cost to you at any stage of the process. This includes registration, CV reviews, interview coaching, salary negotiation support, and aftercare once you've started your new role. We will never ask candidates to pay any fee, and if you're ever approached by someone claiming to be from TalentBridge and asking for payment, please contact us immediately as this would not be legitimate.

How long does it typically take to find a new role through TalentBridge? +

This varies considerably depending on your sector, seniority level, and the current market conditions. For highly skilled candidates in active sectors — technology, financial services, healthcare — we often have initial interviews arranged within 1–2 weeks. At the senior or executive level, searches can take 8–12 weeks to find the right match. Across all placements in 2025, our median time from first consultation to accepted offer was 31 days. We'll always give you an honest assessment of the current market at your initial consultation.

TalentBridge has specialist practices covering Technology & Digital, Financial Services & Banking, Engineering & Manufacturing, Healthcare & Life Sciences, Legal & Compliance, Accountancy & Finance, Sales & Marketing, Human Resources, and the Public Sector. We place candidates at all levels from graduate and early-career through to C-suite and board appointments. How do employers work with TalentBridge, and what does it cost? +

Employers can post vacancies for free on TalentBridge.co.uk, or engage us on a contingency or retained basis for managed recruitment. Our standard fee for permanent recruitment is 12–15% of the first year's base salary, payable only on a successful placement with a 12-week replacement guarantee as standard. Volume and retained arrangements attract discounted rates. We also offer contract and interim staffing, executive search, and full Recruitment Process Outsourcing (RPO) solutions. How does TalentBridge handle my personal data? +

TalentBridge takes data privacy seriously and is fully compliant with the UK GDPR and the Data Protection Act 2018. When you register with us, your information is stored securely on our candidate management system and is only shared with prospective employers when you have given explicit consent for a specific role. We do not sell personal data to third parties. You have the right to access, correct, or request deletion of your data at any time by contacting our Data Protection Officer at privacy@talentbridge.co.uk. Out of Hours / Urgent Enquiries
